By accessing and using NeuraService, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

NeuraService provides an AI-powered customer support platform that includes:

  • Multi-channel support (phone, chat, email)
  • AI-powered response generation
  • Conversation summarization
  • Ticket management
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Hotel PMS integration (Mews)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use our service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

4. AI Service Limitations

Our AI assistant has specific capabilities and limitations:

4.1 What AI Can Do

  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services
  • Modify existing bookings (dates, room type, guests)
  • Answer status inquiries
  • Assist with general customer service requests

4.2 What AI Cannot Do

  • No pricing changes: AI cannot modify room rates or apply discounts
  • No financial transactions: AI cannot process refunds or charge cards
  • No policy overrides: AI cannot waive fees or make exceptions

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We store conversation summaries only (not full transcripts)
  • Data retention: 30 days
  • Full GDPR compliance
  • European data residency

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Transmit malicious code or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse or harass our AI or human support staff

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Fees and Payment

Service fees are as agreed in your subscription plan. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees on time
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Notify us of billing disputes within 30 days

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuraService and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access will be disabled immediately
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days (per GDPR)
  • You may request immediate data deletion

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the AI will be error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
